Solution:

Go to Tools menu, click on Options
Go to Projects and Solutions
Click on VC++ Directories page
Add the followings
1. $(SystemRoot)\System32
if the problem is not solved then add the the followings too
1. $(SystemRoot)
2. $(SystemRoot)\System32\wbem
